Mineral Tonic: Nourishing Herbal Oxymel
2 oz
This formula was created with the intent to provide fully body nourishment and hydrate by replenishing vitamins, minerals, and other essential nutrients in both adults and children.
98% of the population is chronically dehydrated. Our water has essentially become “dead” and void of the electrolytes we actually need to stay hydrated and nourished. Just because we drink a lot of water, doesn’t mean it’s going to the tissues. The issue is not hydration, it’s mineralization. If we are drinking all this water but not getting an adequate amount of vitamins and minerals, we are further dehydrating our bodies by not being able to hold on to the water, and are not going to be able to absorb the nutrients properly when we DO try to nourish ourselves. Each hydration point within our body (in the fascia or tissues, and all the different organs) is connected to a specific mineral. Providing them directly from a nature source like herbs, compared to drinks such as propel, liquid IV, or gatorade, makes them more bioavailable and ready to be absorbed by our body.
Multivitamins and hydrating drinks seem great, but they’re usually synthetic forms of these nutrients that our bodies don’t absorb well, on top of all the added sugar which can be harmful.
