As a follower of Jesus & an herbalist, I have a unique perspective in this field. I believe that God put us on this planet with so much intention, surrounding us with everything we will ever need. The more I dive in to herbalism and learn more about the power of plant medicine, the more I find myself feeling like a little kid, in complete awe and wonder of exactly how intricate creation is; How intentional our creator is, from seeing the way every part of nature works in synchronicity for each other, down to the small little details of how our finger prints reflect the pattern of tree stumps, or how our lungs reflecting tree branches.

There is a plethora of information (and misinformation) out there regarding plant medicine, and it can be extremely overwhelming. Part of my mission and calling as an herbalist is to help educate and empower others to get back in control of their health and well being. I've created mini articles on every herb that I use in my formulas to provide a way for you to get to know the herbs you're using, how they're working within you, the intentionality behind the creation of the plant itself, & how it was meant to serve us in body, mind, and soul.
